No More Basketball

Yes, I am finally blogging again. I still have more to blog about but I am starting with this.
Well the kids are done with basketball and we had a good season. It was Zach's second time playing and Madison's first. Zach did good. He is still shorter then the rest of the kids but he did good. He had a good coach and a lot of boys on his team. It helped this year that he was with kids that he knew because last year we went through Mill Creek instead of through the snohomish school district so that he is with kids he knows. So he enjoyed it better and so did we.
Carson and Madison watching Zach play a game
Getting ready to play.

At Zach's basketball party the coach had a certificate for every player and Zach got the certificate for the "Pumped Up Award", because was always excited and happy at the practices games.
Carson wanted to get in on the picture taking and cut right in front of Zach so he could get his picture. Carson can't wait until he can play sports.
There we go I got one without Carson.
Madison did really good in basketball. She really enjoyed and said that she wants to play again next year. I didn't know if she was really going to enjoy it but she did. At first she wasn't that aggresive but as she got comfortable in the game she got in there and did good and tried to get the ball away. She played some really good teams but all the girls on her team did really good.
These are the girls on her team at her basketball party. Well the girl in the green sweatshirts wasn't on there team she is a sister of one of the girls but Allison was on her team and I don't know where she was at. As you can tell there weren't alot of girls on her team so if someone wasn't there all the girls had to play no one got a turn to sit out. I think it was good for the girls though.
Madison with her trophy. Oh but where is Carson, you can see Larry and Zach behind her and while i was trying to get a picture of Madison Carson found the fire alarm and pulled it. Yes you heard the right he pulled the fire alarm at the restaurant. I felt so bad and I can't believe he would pull it. It was right on his level though. I can laugh about it now but I couldn't then.
Madison had to have her basketball party before her season ended so here are some more pictures of her playing ball.
Madison was great at defense. She kept on top of her person and barely let them out of her sight. She was awesome.

Here is a picture of all the girls. This was their last game.
